Eva's Friends
Eva likes to talk- a lot! And her human doesn’t always have the time to pay attention. So, we welcome comments and photos from all of her buddies! Just send a .jpeg (to Eva@EvaEvaEva.com) and this human will see what she can do with her rather limited computer skills.
Amber wants to be Eva’s friend. She says any cat who’s smart enough to pick your car to jump into on a cold winter’s night is her friend. She also likes Eva’s attitude – even though Eva has some white markings, Amber welcomes her to the tortie sisterhood.
Hi Watson! I still can’t believe that my first ‘friend’ is a dog! I had to think about it for a bit, and then I was told how much you and your mom have been helping me to get better. So, I guess it’s okay to have you as my friend. You have great taste in clothes and seem pretty cool, too. The dog that lives with me isn’t too cool, but, that’s just the way things go, I suppose. At least I get to sneak some of her food when you know who isn’t watching me. Sorry it took so long for me to write back to you. I’m not allowed on the computer without supervision. It’s called ‘probation’. I got caught ordering cat toys on the Internet again. Mom says to say ‘hi’ to everyone. Woof! Woof!
Yay Amber! Thank you, and I will do everything I can to do justice for the ‘Tortie Sisterhood’!
Hi Eva,
You’re very cute. Can I be your friend?
Feline kisses from Gotchi
Hi, Gotchi! I like you! Yes please be my friend! How do you say “I need more food” in Portuguese? You can never be too prepared in case there is an emergency.
Mwwaah! Smooches from me!
Hi Eva,
“I need more food” in portuguese:
“Quero mais comida”. Now you can come to Portugal and you don’t have to be hungry anymore. hehehe
Feline kisses from Gotchi
Oooo! It sounds like there must be a lot of food in Portugal! I can hardly wait! Thank you, Gotchi!
Smooches!

Oh Eva, my mommy cried when she read your day 1, day 2, and week 3 conversations. She is so very very happy you are now safe and sound in your wonderful new home with your new mommy and all of your new kitty buddies. I am too. And I sure hope that you master that art of cat food can opening (or was it tuna?) even without opposable thumbs. Good luck.
Love and woofs from Watson, your cairn friend
Are you OK with having a canine friend? I’m bilingual — meow.
